Questions and Answers
I often get asked the same questions by people starting out, so I’ve put together this quick guide.
Booking & sessions
Get in touch by phone, email, or via the contact form with your preferred training times. Sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis.
Sessions last around one hour, allowing enough time for warm-up, technique, pad work, and conditioning.
Yes — you can book multiple sessions, although availability depends on the current schedule.
Experience & preperation
No experience is necessary. I work with complete beginners, those training for fitness, and experienced fighters alike.
Comfortable sportswear is ideal — shorts and a t-shirt work perfectly. If you’re sparring, bring a gum shield. Gloves and shin pads are available if needed.
Not necessarily. I provide gloves, shin pads, and pads. You’re welcome to bring your own gear if you prefer.
Training style & safety
No — sparring is completely optional. Sessions can focus on technique, fitness, or conditioning if you prefer.
Absolutely. Safety is always the top priority. Sessions are tailored to your fitness level and experience, using high-quality, professional equipment.
We’ll start with a warm-up, followed by basic techniques, pad work, and conditioning. Your session will be tailored to your goals and comfort level.
