About Me

I’ve been training in Muay Thai and full-contact Kickboxing for over 30 years. It’s more than a sport to me—it’s a way to build strength, confidence, and discipline. Now, I help others discover the same through personal 1-2-1 coaching.

My journey started in Ruabon, North Wales, training with Russ Williams, a 3× World Kickboxing and European Muay Thai Champion. I later moved to Heavy Hitters Gym in Chester under Phil Williams, where I had most of my fights and won two WAKO-PRO British Titles.

Over the years, I’ve trained with outstanding fighters including:

  • Ricky Nicholson — “The Tank”
  • Spencer Wilding — Champion turned actor
  • Neil Woods — K-1 UK Max Champion

I’ve also trained at several top gyms, including:

  • Heavy Hitters (Phil Williams)
  • Minotaurs (Paul Taylor, Christian Knowles)
  • Kaobon (Seb Jones)

1-2-1 Coaching

I now focus on personal 1-2-1 coaching sessions, working with people who want to:

  • Learn Muay Thai or Kickboxing
  • Train for fitness and self-defence
  • Build confidence or enjoy the challenge

Muay Thai is a fast-paced, high-energy combat sport that’s simple to start yet endlessly challenging to master. It builds strength, confidence, and discipline—while teaching practical self-defence skills.

Where I Train

I’m based in Fleet, Hampshire, and work with people from the surrounding areas. Training sessions are by appointment only, with flexible times to suit your schedule.

Inside The Gym

My gym is fully equipped for 1-2-1 training, featuring:

  • Professional-grade MMA mats
  • Treadmill and Peloton bike
  • Punch and kick bag
  • Kick pads, body armour, and focus mitts
  • Dumbbells (1–30kg)
  • Sparring gear (gloves + shin pads)
  • Skipping ropes

If you’d like to spar, please bring a gum shield. You’re welcome to use my gloves and shin pads, or bring your own gear.
